Cardinals notebook: C. Martinez goes on 10-day DL  —  SAN DIEGO  • As he made his usual post-game rounds Tuesday at Busch Stadium, Cardinals manager Mike Matheny spoke with starter Carlos Martinez about his uneven start, and the righthander explained how he didn't have much of a feel for his fastball.
