Car used by abductors of Nats' Ramos found … CARACAS, Venezuela — Officials said Thursday they have found the vehicle used by armed men who abducted Washington Nationals catcher Wilson Ramos, a case that highlights a sharp rise in kidnappings in Venezuela.
