Rangers rip Miller, Red Sox  —  BOSTON (AP) — Derek Holland allowed two hits in seven innings and got his usual strong support as the Texas Rangers hit three homers and beat the Boston Red Sox 10-0 on Friday night.  —  The Rangers' first homer came on a three-run shot by Ian Kinsler in the second.
