Mike Flanagan found dead in Maryland … BALTIMORE — Former Cy Young winner Mike Flanagan, who won 167 games over 18 seasons with Baltimore and the Toronto Blue Jays, has died.  —  Authorities found a body outside Flanagan's home on Wednesday afternoon, and it was later determined to be the former left-handed pitcher.
