D-backs pick up Galarraga from Tigers  —  PHOENIX — The D-backs completed a deal Monday to acquire pitcher Armando Galarraga from the Tigers.  —  Minor League pitchers Kevin Eichhorn and Ryan Robowski are headed to Detroit, with the D-backs picking up most of Galarraga's $2.3 million contract for 2011.
