Lilly, Theriot to Dodgers; more buzz … The Cubs have traded starting pitcher Ted Lilly and infielder Ryan Theriot to the Dodgers for second baseman Blake DeWitt, SI.com confirms.  The New York Post first reported the move.  —  Sources indicate the Yankees will not be getting Manny Ramirez.
