GM: Clubs show interest in Iwamura  —  • GM Neal Huntington said “a handful of clubs have expressed some level of interest” in trading for Aki Iwamura, though most teams have turned down the Pirates' overtures.  “We'll put some closure to it, one way or another, hopefully early this week,” Huntington said.

Colin Curtis called up from Scranton  —  No word on a corresponding move, but outfielder Colin Curtis has been called up from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.  —  Curtis was hitting .280 in Triple-A. He's a versatile outfielder who can play all three spots with a little bit of power and speed on offense.
