Arthroscopic surgery for Lugo — FORT MYERS, Fla. — Julio Lugo will undergo arthroscopic surgery Tuesday in Boston, manager Terry Francona said. Dr. Thomas Gill will perform the operation, which will determine the significance of Lugo's injury, feared to be a torn meniscus.
