Phillies re-sign Jamie Moyer to a two-year contract  —  Left-hander Jamie Moyer signed a two-year contract, Senior Vice President & General Manager Ruben Amaro, Jr. announced today.  —  Moyer, 46, went 16-7 with a 3.71 ERA in 33 starts for the Phillies this past season, leading the team in wins.
