Chamberlain Will Make His First Start on Tuesday — MINNEAPOLIS — Joba Chamberlain will make his highly anticipated first major league start Tuesday night at Yankee Stadium against the Toronto Blue Jays. Manager Joe Girardi said he made the decision after weighing “a ton of factors,” among them keeping Andy Pettitte on normal rest.
