EATING WRIGHT  —  Since the start of the regular season, David Wright hasn't been on the South Beach Diet or the Beverly Hills Diet.  —  But thanks to a nutritionist/cook he hired to prepare his meals, Wright's been eating better, and he feels like it's having an impact.

Slumping Delgado says he isn't playing hurt  —  ATLANTA - Carlos Delgado reacted with surprise yesterday when told of media speculation that he is hiding an injury of some sort.  Although Delgado did have surgery in November on his right elbow and wrist, the Mets first baseman insists that neither is affecting him at the plate.

Red Sox pound Mussina, Yankees 7-3  —  NEW YORK (AP) — With one early swing, Manny Ramirez stopped the New York Yankees from gaining any momentum Tuesday night.  —  Ramirez hit a three-run homer in the first inning and the Boston Red Sox jumped on Mike Mussina right away, knocking back the Yankees again with a 7-3 victory.
